Deadlines

The Hyams Foundation has three deadlines per year. As of January, 2012 below are the current grant submission deadlines.

 

Due March 1, 2012 For June, 2012 Board Meeting
Due September 7, 2012 For December, 2012 Board Meeting
Due December 3, 2012 For March, 2013 Board Meeting

 

For groups that wish to submit an application in the Civic Engagement-Grassroots Leadership Development and the Affordable Housing, Civic Engagement and Teen Development Public Policy areas, all applications and grant reports are to be submitted through the Foundation's online grant application and reporting system. The link to the online proposal is on the home page.  Online proposals are due by 11:59 p.m.  Please note that if the first falls on a holiday or on a weekend, proposals are due by 11:59 on the next business day.  All other organizations should be in touch with their program officer or Susan Perry, Administrative Manager, at (617) 426-5600 ext. 307 or sperry@hyamsfoundation.org prior to submitting either a grant report or application. Due to the Foundation's current implementation of the online system, we are in the process of updating the Foundation's website as a whole, including the various documents that can be found on the website. If you have any questions about these documents, please contact a Hyams staff member before proceeding further.
